Weight Loss Energy Healing Sessions

Let me explain how they work with a story. It was late ate night and I was craving something to eat. I knew I didn't really want to eat anything but as cravings go they usually dictate what happens next without you being able to control yourself. So usually you will get up and go find something to satisfy that craving. So I ran one of the weight loss sessions while I got lost reading and working on some articles for this blog and about 10 or 15 minutes later I remembered that I had run the weight loss session and I realized, surprisingly, I was no longer craving anything to eat. I stayed up about 2 hours after that without a single craving.

Most people will tell you that you should eat less and exercise more. Okay that's easier said than done. They don't tell you how to eat less. If you eat when you are not hungry then you have some sort of subconscious beliefs that are causing you to do this. The Automatic Mental-Emotional Weight Loss Issues Energy Healing Sessions will help you to deal with those beliefs and help you to remove them, thereby, making it easier for you to lose weight.

As with the other sessions these weight loss sessions seem to clear out the emotion that causes the cravings. Cravings seem to build up like a thought-form cloud and it usually happens so fast and the thought-form gets so strong that before you know it you're already snacking away. This is why it is a good idea to not keep snacks in the house. That way you are not tempted as easily.

So blame your cravings on mental and emotional reasons and subconscious beliefs because usually you are not even hungry when these incessant, usually unstoppable cravings begin.

If you stop the cravings you will not eat, or eat less, when you aren't actually hungry and you will be more likely to lose the weight you want to lose.

Weight Loss Tips
Use the Automatic Mental-Emotional Weight Loss Issues Energy Healing Sessions to help you to remove limiting beliefs about weight loss and to help curb food cravings. When you're using the sessions make sure to run them whenever you have cravings and try not to eat anything. Keep running the session until the cravings subside. If it doesn't work the first time, go ahead and try it the next time you have cravings.

If you can find an internet article about "limiting beliefs about weight loss" then use the limiting beliefs they list with your weight loss sessions. Run them a few times or until you can tell that your beliefs about each particular belief has changed. For example, if you have a belief such as, "Chocolate is good for me, so I should have it after every meal," and you eat chocolate after every meal... try removing this belief with your weight loss energy healing sessions to see if your habits change and if you reduce or even stop eating chocolate after meals. Continue until they do.

Automatic Mental-Emotional Energy Healing Sessions

You can now work on healing your mental and emotional pain and other issues yourself with my new automatic sessions. These healing sessions are for healing the source of most emotional pain and negative emotions, healing of other issues that are caused by limiting beliefs and energetic blocks as well as clearing the aura of negative energy. These negative emotions and other issues can be caused by a multitude of reasons such as negative subconscious beliefs about your self and the world around you and by traumatic events from your past. Past traumatic events can be as small as an embarrassing fall where others around you stared and laughed to something as big as a bad accident where someone was hurt badly.

The Automatic Mental and Emotional Energy Healing Sessions
The following healing sessions are great for releasing negative emotional content and thought-forms, negative subconscious beliefs, limiting beliefs and past traumatic and painful memories. They will help you to process and release negative emotions and clear energetic blockages and stagnant energy in your energy body so that the energy flows through and around your body smoothly and easily.

Once you've begun using these sessions you will be able to tell a difference just by the way you are feeling and in how you handle certain situations. You will feel less anxieties and other negative emotional pain. You will just generally feel better.

You may need more than one type of session. Everyone goes through different things in their personal lives and the things that you've experienced will determine which types of sessions you will need for yourself.

The Different Ways to Use These Sessions

Actively Work On Current Issues
If you decide to use these sessions to work on your current issues you will need to bring up the situation, memory or limiting belief you want to work on which may be extremely painful at first. Be prepared to do several sessions the same day continuing over days or weeks if necessary. Start with something small and work your way up to the more painful memories or beliefs. This way you can test and experiment with the sessions and as you progress you may begin to figure out what you need to work on next.

As you are working on your issues you will begin to learn more about yourself and your needs. You will begin to figure out why you do the things you do and you can make a plan to change some habits and add in new healthier habits. All of this work will help you to grow and become a better person for yourself and for your family. It will certainly help with your relationships with other people.

If you are willing to be honest with yourself throughout the process by working on any issues you think you need to work on you will get very far. If you think of something you may want to work on but you're really not sure if you need to you can go ahead and do it anyway just to be thorough. Use the sessions to clear anything you can think of and see if your life changes in any way afterwards. Work on things you feel you have already gotten past to see what happens. It only takes a little extra time and you never know, you may find that you weren't totally over that fight you had with a friend 5 years ago, for example, and you needed to clear out those memories to truly forgive and move on from it.

For past painful memories you can relive the memory as if it is happening now. Run the session on this memory until you no longer feel any negative emotions when you think of it. If you do not feel emotion when you bring up this memory again later then you know you have successfully removed the emotion from this memory and it should no longer bother you.

Using the Sessions to Cope with Issues
If you want to use the sessions just to help you cope with certain issues you can do this as well. If you do not want to work on a certain issue but you would rather postpone it for a while here's what you should do. You should try to avoid the situation including anything that brings up these feelings and just run the sessions several times per day. For example, let's say you feel a certain emotion such as jealousy or anger. Do not begin to contemplate whatever it is that makes you feel these feelings. Avoid thinking about it as much as possible. Stay away from people who cause these feelings to resurface if you can. Just run the sessions and do other things to occupy your mind.

This way you do not deal with the situation or memory directly but rather you will keep your mind off of it. When you are ready to work on the cause of the negative emotions you can but for now you can just try to put it behind you.

It is always easier to avoid a painful situation than to deal with it head on. You may not be fully ready to and if you decide to do this for now it's fine. You can get to it later. These sessions give you that option and I believe that having that option is what makes these sessions extremely beneficial.

These Automatic Sessions Can Replace My One-on-One Sessions
In a previous article, I stated that no automatic session will be better than my one-on-one sessions, such as my Emotional Freedom sessions (not EFT) for healing emotional traumas and negative emotional pain and my How to Heal a Broken Heart method for helping to get over an ex-boyfriend or an ex-girlfriend. This is still true but the sessions offered here are the best alternative.

In most cases, many of these sessions can actually totally replace my one-on-one sessions. They are not as fast but you will usually notice a difference the very first day or two and each next day you will get even better results.

Automatic sessions allow you to work through your issues yourself which can be beneficial. You can also try using both the automatic sessions and my one-on-one sessions if you feel you need more help.

In one of my experiments with a customer I ran these sessions 3 times per day for him for an obsession over a potential lover and within 5 days he was no longer feeling anxieties, desperation, and other negative emotions over her. Because he is still trying to win her over I feel like he still needs to continue the sessions so that any obsessions do not come back. If he was not trying to date her I believe he would be able to move on fairly easily.

In another experiment I had the same customer work on his obsession himself. He would come up with a statement of intent such as, "I want to heal my obsession over Sarah," and he allowed all the emotions that came with that statement to surface. Then he pressed the start button which starts the session and he let the session run on its own. He tried this several times but he could not get these emotions to subside. To fix this I had him run the session without thinking of an intent, by just clicking the start button and then moving on to other things.

He did not have a problem when I ran the sessions for him but when he did it himself the statements caused too much emotion to surface. So, like I explained before, if bringing up any situation causes too many emotions just run the session without an intent. This will remove those emotions so that you do not have to deal with them right now.

How These Automatic Mental-Emotional Sessions Work
These mental and emotional sessions work by clearing out negative emotions from your mind and body, including your energy body or aura, in basically the same way as my one-on-one emotional healing sessions (the ones mentioned earlier in this article) but with one exception -- I have an energetic thought-form do the work for me. If you would like to learn more about how I use thought-forms in my work read this article titled, What are Thought-forms, Energy Balls, Psionic Energy...? I use similar types of thought-forms with a few of my other projects such as my paper radionics machines and my Automatic Vision Improvement Sessions with great results.

The thought-forms I use for these sessions work more like my Automatic Vision Improvement Sessions in that they are set up so that you will have access to a special Google+ Community and you can start the session of your choice by pressing the Start button. It will then run for about 15 minutes clearing out negative emotions, limiting beliefs along with energetic blockages and stagnated energy caused by those emotions.

The sessions are simple and easy to use. No meditation is required. No contemplative work either. Just think up some intention statements that you think may be limiting you and then run the session. Then just repeat as many times as needed. It really is that simple. Alternatively, just run the session without an intention.

How Long Do The Sessions Take to Work?
The length of time it takes for your negative emotions to subside after beginning your session depends on the severity of the emotion you are currently working on. Your negative emotions could dissipate within 15-20 minutes of your first session or it could take several sessions before you notice a significant difference. Usually though, each session has an effect of reducing the charge of the emotion so every subsequent session will reduce the charge even more.

You will have access to more detailed instructions after you purchase.

How Often Can I Run The Sessions?
You can run the sessions as often as you like. I usually tell people to run the sessions with a 15 minute break in between each one but you can try the sessions all at once, several times a day, all day long, etc. Use them whenever you feel you need to.

There are two options you can choose from. You can either run these sessions yourself or I can run them for you or for someone you know.

1. Automatic Sessions for Yourself

For each type of session you will be able to run your sessions yourself. I will give you access to a special page where you will be able to press a start button to start your session for your own mental or emotional issues, including any limiting beliefs and any negative emotions caused by unpleasant experiences from the past. You will be able to run your sessions as often as you like during the month you pay for. I recommend at least 3 times per day or as often as you feel you need to.

Each type of session listed is offered separately although one session may work for several different issues. I find that if there is an issue related to another issue you may not need to purchase several different sessions. (For example, for anxieties related to an obsession the obsession session will usually work well enough by itself.) If you find that the session you choose is not working well enough on a particular negative emotion then you should choose another additional session that is appropriate.

As an example, if you want to work on an obsession you will purchase the obsession session. You will be able to access a special page where you can work on your obsessions as much as you want by either avoiding thinking about your obsession and keeping your mind occupied before and after running your sessions or by stating your intent out loud, such as "I want to heal an obsession I feel about Sarah Smith," and running your session on that intent. You can come up with your own intent statements, the more specific and detailed the better, ensuring that you really get down to the core of the issue. The deeper you go the better healing you will have. (These are really good tips for most issues but obsession may be a little harder to work on in certain cases, especially with intimate or potentially intimate relationships.)

If you want to work on obsession and guilt then you will need to purchase both, again because each session is separate and has a separate access page.

When you want a break from actively working with specific intentions just run the sessions by themselves without using an intention to help clear out negative emotions that may already be present.

2. Sessions for Others

The purchase links in this section are for sessions that you want me to run for you, usually on other people.

For Most Sessions:
Please provide details about what is going on in the person's life that needs to be worked on. Together we will create intention statements that I will use when I run the sessions. This will help to clear out general negative emotions or limiting beliefs held by the person as well as the thought-form that causes these emotions or beliefs. You can contact me after you purchase with any details you think are important.

For Obsession:
I will run these sessions (for you on your behalf) on the person who has the obsession (the obsessed person). I will need some details about the person if the name is unknown. The description doesn't have to be perfect. I will also need details about the person the obsession is over...

How to Change Limiting Beliefs The Fast Way

You can change your limiting beliefs yourself and I will show you how by explaining a little about how limiting beliefs are formed, how to find out where you have limiting beliefs, and how to remove limiting beliefs fairly easily. This is one of the fastest way to change limiting beliefs that I've found so far. I'm always working to improve my healing methods and I find this to be a great way to do it.

Limiting beliefs are those that you believe about yourself that cause you to feel negatively about yourself in some way or about life in general. The negative subconscious beliefs you have, some of which you may not even realize you have, can create many obstacles in your life.

Limiting beliefs stored in your subconscious mind can cause you to do things without understanding why you're doing it. Limiting beliefs can cause a high or low level of fear, emotional turmoil, doubt, etc., without actual proof that those beliefs are true. People believe different things so you could believe in one thing and another person may believe it to be totally untrue for them.

Your beliefs begin to be formed in childhood by an underdeveloped adolescent mind. As a child you do not know enough about the world to understand the workings of the world but nevertheless you begin to form opinions and beliefs that can be hard to change as you grow older. These opinions and understandings can shape the rest of your life in very good or undesirable ways. If you believe that you can have more and be more then it is more likely that you will. If your beliefs are limiting then you will live a life limited in what you can do or have.

So you can see how important it is that a young mind should be nourished and molded in a way that he or she believes in a world of abundance, that they can achieve great things and that anything is possible.

But many times a young mind creates opinions and beliefs that are limiting and they hold these beliefs usually for the rest of their lives. These beliefs are deeply ingrained into the subconscious mind and can be really hard to change. I talk about using meditation to help people change their beliefs but it is hard for some people to meditate. At the bottom of this article I will show you how you can use my Automatic Mental-Emotional Energy Healing Sessions to help change and remove these negative beliefs that works without you having to meditate at all.

Here are some examples of limiting beliefs that hold you back...

In business and career, when you try to do something new (which is when negative subconscious beliefs usually intervene) such as asking for a promotion or trying to move up in the company or when trying to start a new business, your subconscious mind will prevent you from following through by creating unwarranted emotions such as fear and insecurity. These emotions can feel like intuition where you just don't feel right about something, as if something is wrong. This is the point when you feel like giving up and lots of times this is what happens thus preventing you from getting ahead in your career.

Sometimes these emotions could be your intuition but many times it is just your subconscious mind creating these feelings. If you have subconscious blocks and you do not remove them you will never know if it's insecurity or just your subconscious mind interfering again.

In relationships it may be jealousy, insecurity, fear, etc., that causes disruption in your relationships. For example, you may have a belief that men cannot be trusted. This belief can cause you to always be suspicious of all men, even the good ones. If you're a woman with this subconscious belief you will never trust any man which will make having a happy and loving relationship impossible. You will always push men away in some way... maybe by being overly jealous, being overly dramatic, disrespectful, etc. If you know you have this belief then you can begin to work on it using the sessions I will be talking about later in this article.

Your subconscious beliefs can become almost debilitating in the way that you can not seem to ever get ahead in life or in whatever area you're having trouble in. If you have negative beliefs about money and self-worth you will have blocks that can cause you to stay in your current job position rather than applying for a higher position that pays more or not starting your own business, for example.

Subconscious Beliefs are Living Thought-forms
Each subconscious belief is its own thought-form. Any conscious or subconscious belief that reinforces this thought-form makes it stronger. The stronger and larger it gets it becomes your reality more and more. For example, let's say you have a limiting belief that you're not good enough (you can substitute this belief with your own). If people tell you you're not good enough often enough you begin to believe it. The more you believe and reinforce this belief, by thinking about it and even obsessing over it, this thought-form grows and it sort of takes on a life of its own. This belief makes you act a certain way and carry yourself a certain way and because it's held subconsciously and within your energy field it can also be felt subconsciously by other people. If you feel you are not good enough other people will feel this and they will begin to agree with you.

You will continue to believe this belief as long as this thought-form reality stays within your energy field. These limiting negative subconscious beliefs can be cleared out and worked with fairly easily using the Automatic Mental and Emotional sessions.

Positive thought-forms work the same way. If you hold onto empowering beliefs you will have more positive things happen in your life. Your positive mindset creates positive thought-forms that effect your reality in beneficial ways.

How to find out where you have limiting beliefs
In what area of your life do you feel is lacking? Do you have less than ideal relationships? Not enough money? Low self-confidence? Whatever area of your life is not as good as you would like then you know what you need to work on.

By questioning the area of your life where you feel you are missing something or where things seem less than ideal you should be able to find some books or internet articles that talk about your particular issue. Using these articles, for example, you can make a detailed list of statements that you can work with using my Automatic Mental-Emotional Energy Healing Sessions.

How to change your limiting beliefs

So, to work on a particular issue all you need to do is choose a statement such as the following and create a long list of other statements that are related to each other like this...

I'm not good enough
I will never be good enough
I do not deserve ____ (fill in the blank)
I will never get what I want because _____

Now that you have a list of statements and with the help of the Automatic Mental-Emotional Energy Healing Sessions work on each one by repeating the statement and running the session until the statement no longer feels true to you. When the statement no longer causes pain or discomfort in any way then you should move on to the next one.

Continue this way for all of your limiting beliefs and create a better life for yourself. You will be able to remove all sorts of limiting beliefs so you can feel better and have the confidence to follow your dreams.

The sessions are simple and easy to use. No meditation is required. No contemplative work either. Just think up some intention statements that you think may be limiting you and then run the session. Then just repeat as many times as needed. It really is that simple.

What I have found by working with people using my one-on-one Emotional Freedom (not EFT) sessions is that as soon as I help a person remove a negative statement like the ones above they immediately begin to feel better. Just removing your negative limiting beliefs makes you feel so much different like a weight has been lifted off of your shoulders. It also makes you think about your life and what it is you want for your future. It can help you to become more mentally clear about things. You may begin to question things and make changes in how you live your life.

Some subconscious beliefs you are not aware of so even if you wanted to work through your subconscious blocks you may not know where to start to begin the process. Whether you know what the belief is that is blocking you or not these beliefs can stand in your way like a brick wall. But as you continue to work on different beliefs you will most likely uncover yours and be able to clear them.

Clear Negative Energy and Emotions from Your Aura

In this article I will explain what an aura is, how negative emotions disrupt your aura, how energetic disruptions effect the functioning of your body, why it is important to clear negative emotions, how to clear negative energy from your aura and how to easily clear negative emotions from your aura yourself using Automatic Mental-Emotional Energy Healing Sessions.

Your body is comprised of your physical body, of course, as well as your energy field which is also called your aura. There are several layers that make up your aura including the two that we will be working with directly, your emotional and mental aura layers, in healing negative emotions from unpleasant memories, energetic blocks and limiting beliefs. The health of your aura has a direct effect on your mental, emotional and physical bodies.

Energetic Blocks Cause Disruptions in the Energy Field
Negative emotions from past emotional traumas cause energetic blockages and disruption in your aura. Any negative emotions that you have encountered in the past and have not processed and released creates a blockage or disruption of the flow of energy throughout your energy system.

Here is an example of a traumatic event that causes a disruption in your energy field. Let's say you had an embarrassing moment in your life, like you tripped in front of a group of people. This may seem like a minor event but for some people it can be a major traumatic event.

Many times an unpleasant experience such as this one causes the person to block his feelings and hold onto them thus stopping the flow of energy. A stopping of energy causes a disruption in the chakras and the aura. Continued habitual stopping of this energy flow causes psychological or physical problems to occur. Remember, emotional and mental energy must flow through your energy field and out. That is, it must be processed and released. If it is not released and it doesn't flow out of your energy field it causes an energetic block or a stagnation of energy. Your energy should flow freely and strongly through your aura and when it doesn't it makes you feel "off".

Memories that have strong emotions associated with them are the memories you are more likely to remember and relive and it seems that negative memories, those with strong negative emotions, make a stronger and longer lasting impression in your mind than positive, happier emotions. This is why you can remember negative painful events, more easily than others.

Now back to that example on embarrassment... because you did not process that event and allow it to move out of your aura you still feel embarrassed whenever you think about it. When this old embarrassing event resurfaces to the forefront of your mind you find yourself reliving this moment again in real time as if it is happening again now and it causes those same embarrassed emotions and feelings. You can feel the blockage in your energy as you are thinking of it. It can feel like a lump in your chest or somewhere else. You can feel your muscles tighten and you may begin breathing irregularly or you may hold your breath for a short time. You will also feel other emotions, maybe anger or disgust at yourself or someone else.

If this happens to you when you think about some event, if it causes you emotional pain or discomfort in any way, even in the smallest way, this is a sign that you haven't processed and released the emotional content of this memory and it is causing an energetic blockage and a disruption in your energy field. These feelings signify that this is a memory you need to work on clearing and releasing. Once you have successfully cleared the emotion from this memory you will feel much better the next time this memory resurfaces.

Sometimes these old memories pop up into our awareness for seemingly no reason at all or maybe they are related to something that is currently happening around you. These moments are beneficial so when you re-experience a moment like this make a note of it quickly so that you can work on this memory later. When you experience negative emotions it directly tells you that this is an issue you will want to take a closer look at.

Any negativity you experience is your subconscious mind's way of telling you that there is some limiting belief or past experience that has not been fully processed and cleared. You can think of any fearful feelings, like anxiety, as a subconscious blockage that needs to be removed. The stronger the emotion the more important it should be to you to work on clearing it from your mind.

Clearing negative energy and emotions from past traumas helps to clear these energetic blockages.

If you do not clear your aura of these energetic blocks and negative energy and emotions and if your energy is not flowing smoothly in your energy field it can cause psychological issues or physical illness located in the area where the disruption is.

Once the negative emotions are removed you are less likely to develop these issues. Also, mentally and emotionally you will be much more clear and feel more self-confident, happier, and more willing to try new things.
